Today I stopped by KBC, where my mother is the Child Care Director, and read the children a short story. My mother started a rewarding career in Early Education 20 years ago, and served as the Program Coordinator at YMCA Early Learning Center, 15 years ago, where I grew up. Volunteering is a large part of the YMCA community, and my mother was always volunteering her time. Now that she is the director of a child care center I have the opportunity to do the same. 

I volunteered handing out treats, as an Avacado, during the first annual Trunk-or-Treat event for Kids by the Common Early Learning Center. This event is hosted as a part of the MOSIAC "Multi-generational Opportunities Serving All in Christ" program, at the Londonderry Presbyterian Church. Ours was a Charlie Brown, The Great Pumpkin, themed trunk!

Hard work paying off. This invite was a special one.

I was amazed by this tunnel! It was so deep! This tunnel was used to transport water to a water wheel.

My broken thumb is not going stop me from attending the Terrance Mann Camp and  meeting this talented player.

Just need to find me a sandworm to ride

We really enjoy our Saturday visits to the Merrimack public library. 

One of my favorite outdoor activities is riding my bike, teaching my sis some new tricks, and feeling all of that fresh air rush by! Soon she will be ready for the trails!
